mysql 설치가 안되여[질문]

우선 MySQL-server-5.0.0-i386.rpm을 다운을 받았습니다.
rpm ivh MySQL.. 을 설치를 한후에
/usr/bin/ 디렉토리에서 mysql_install_db를 실행하였습니다.

그리고 나서 메세지가 나오네여..

Nether host 'customer-203.ph.inter.net' and 'localhost' could not looked up with
/usr/bin/resolveip
Please configure the 'hostname' command to return a correct hostname.
If you want to solve this at a later stage, restart this script with
the --force option

위와 같은 메세지가 나오는데 무슨 말인지 당최 모르겠어여..내공이 부족함을 탓하네여..ㅜ ㅜ

첨에는 바이너리로 받아서 그런가 했는데..이제는 ..

쉘에서 hostname 명령을 내려보시면
'customer-203.ph.inter.net' 나 'localhost' 가 나올거 같네요.
그러면 /etc/hosts 파일에

127.0.0.1 localhost
123.123.123.123 customer-203.ph.inter.net

등과 같은 내용을 입력해보세요. 그런데 호스트네임 'customer-203.ph.inter.net' 이거는 뭔가요? 실제로 사용하는건지... --a

만약에 위와 같이 해도 안 되면

mysql_install_db 명령에 --force 옵션을 붙여서 해보세요.
