antivir-milter 관련해서 can't initialize scan engine 에러가

안녕하세요.
이 사이트 내용을보고 antivir-milter를 설치를 했는데.

# /etc/rc.d/init.d/avmilter start 하면
Starting AntiVir Milter.
can't initialize scan engine

위 메세지가 나옵니다.
그래서 Q&A를 검색해서 비슷한 내용인거 같아 똑같이 해보았으나
계속 이메세지가 띄네요.
/tmp와 /var/tmp 는 쓰기권한이 있구요.

/var 와 /usr 는 707로 설정되어있습니다.
ㅠ.ㅠ 이걸로 5시간째 씨름하고 있네요..
도움주시면 감사하겠습니다.

혹시나 해서
/usr/sbin/avmilter -p inet:3333@localhost 을 해보니
can't initialize scan engine 나와서

원본이 있는 /usr/local/src/antivir-milter-1.0.6/bin/avmilter -p inet:3333@localhost 를 해보니 똑같이 나왔습니다.

avmilter 자체문제일가요..ㅠ.ㅠ

혹시 /etc/avmilter.conf에 이상이 있어서 그러는건 아닌지 모르겠네요.
conf파일을 보니깐.
앞에 #이 다 붙어 있던데 #있는게 맞는지요..? ㅠ.ㅠ
