System Administrator

5 years experience – bilingual Korean/English – dealing with English clients.

1. Experience managing win 2000 ~ 2003 server and XP, vista desktop
2. Knowledge of Active directory a must
3. General troubleshooting skills (network and PC)
4. Experience with networked services such as file/print
5. Excellent customer service skills – will support local staff
6. Excellent communication skills, written and oral


This position will be responsible for standardizing the Seoul office according to 24/7 guidelines and SOX requirements. Responsibilities will include, implementation of Active Directory, patch management, antivirus management, backup and restore implementation/testing, as well as level 1 and 2 technical support.
