1번서버가 사람들이 몰리면 느려지고 다운되서
2번째 서버로 이전하려고 합니다.

제가 얼핏봐서는 1번째 서버가 좋아보입니다.

이전해야될까요? 아니면 그냥 쓰는게 좋은걸까요?

또 얼마나 차이가 나는지도 알고싶어요.

1번 서버는 CPU가 2개입니다.
2대에 대해 각각 비교 테스트해본 적이 없고, 서비스 유형에 따라서도 성능 차이가 생길 수 있는 부분이라 어느 것이 좋다라고 말씀드릴 수 없습니다.

1번 서버로 운영중에 문제가 생긴다면, 그 서버에서 운영중인 프로그램의 문제 또는 서버(웹서버)의 설정상 고칠점이 있는지 확인해보세요. 서버 HW적인 성능 문제가 아니고, SW적인 문제도 많습니다.

그리고, 2대를 동시에 써도 상관없으시다면, 2대를 함께 운영하는 것도 고려를.

겉으로 보기에 일단 첫번째 서버가 몇배 성능이 좋은듯합니다.
